On every bridge you find people with signs saying "River Cruise" (we could decipher...). Just hop on one of those boats. They'll cruise you around the canals of St. Petersburg for one hour. It costs just a few bucks. And it's stunning seeing all the beautiful sights of St. Petersburg from a different perspective. On our tour, they gave all the explanations in Russians. But we didn't care. We just enjoyed the view. And since none of the "River Cruise"-Signs on the bridges is written in English you probably have to enjoy one hour of Russin explanations about St. Petersburg.
