There is a revolving restaurant on top of Piz Gloria / Schilthorn and the best about it is the great alpine-panorama passing by your table automatically. Favorite Dish: Well, why not tasting a Martini stirred, not shaken ??
Roest? - is similar to hash brown potatoes, but in Switzerland they have a special kind of preparation that you will not find anywhere else. Roesti is served with a fried egg, sometimes mushrooms, tomatoes or overbaked with cheese.
Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: The revolving restaurant is on the 2nd level of the Schilthorn-station.
