There is a revolving restaurant on top of Piz Gloria / Schilthorn and the best about it is the great alpine-panorama passing by your table automatically. The restaurant is not extremely expensive and when you are lucky to catch one of the rare seats at the window, why not spending some time there, having a meal and taking a Martini stirred, not shaken...
Favorite Dish: Well, why not tasting a Martini stirred, not shaken ??
Roest? - is similar to hash brown potatoes, but in Switzerland they have a special kind of preparation that you will not find anywhere else. Roesti is served with a fried egg, sometimes mushrooms, tomatoes or overbaked with cheese.
Comparison: more expensive than average
Directions: The revolving restaurant is on the 2nd level of the Schilthorn-station.
