  Suckling Pig

I like the food in this restaurant. Also one of my favourite Chinese Restaurants. The food here is not cheap. Hence, I only go there once in a while. There are 2 levels. They do have some function rooms and should you want to throw a Chinese dinner party, it is a good place to have one. Situated in Chijmes also means that it is conveniently located at the City Hall / town area. The car parking fee at Chijmes is hefty though. $8 per entry. Anyway, I urge that you try the food there.

Favorite Dish: + Suckling pig - Yummy. So crispy and even without the sweet sauce, it tastes so good.
+ Sharks' Fins in Chicken Soup - Very good soup. The chicken soup is boiled for 6 hours and the sweetness in the soup is simply great. If you do not wish to order sharks' fins, I think they have the chicken soup.
+ Prawns steamed with Egg White
+ Asparagus with scallops
+ Try their desserts too
