Mesa Verde National Park outside of Mancos, Colorado-Anciant Anisazi and Pueblo Indian ruins. Cliff dwellings..aka-the citys the chisled and carved into the rock faces of mountains!! This is one of the greatest sights in Colorado if not THE best!!!!!! A REAL TREAT!!!!!! Prepare to climb rock faces of cliffs on carved out rock 'ladders'-in between cliffs-and crawl through tubular 'passage ways' from one 'house' to the next. A word of caution...larger folks with have a tougher time of this as anciant Indians mentioned were small/petite folks....but there is still plenty for all!!! Best dwellings: Balcony House and Cliff Palace-
Yellowstone Park-Wyoming/Montana borders-a MUST see!!!!!!!
Big Horn Basin..Wind River Mountain Range-one should absolutly camp at South Pass City and Atlantic City-old ghost towns of Wyoming.....a treat!!!
Simply a glimps of a time loooong ago!! At its best angle!!

Directions: Mesa Verde Park-about 12 miles East of Mancos, Colorado
Yellowstone-boarders Montana and Wyoming.
