Christine's: "The Best Breakfast in the City!" Christines - CLOSED Tip by kucha

Christines - CLOSED, New York City: 1 reviews and 0 photos

We used to just call Christine's "the Polish Diner" -- although it always had a name. It's been in the East Village "forever" and is a fantastic place to spend a Sunday morning -- alone or with friends -- reading the paper and tasting the well-prepared food.

Thje atmosphere is nothing special, but the food and the pricing are excellent!

Favorite Dish: Challah French Toast is the best! They serve breakfast all day long, but also have other traditional Polish foods beginning with lunch and going through dinner.
