Moe's Southwest Grill: "A funkier version of Chipotle" Top 5 Page for this destination United States of America Restaurant Tip by b1bob
United States of America Restaurants: 341 reviews and 660 photos
Moe's Southwest Grill is an inexpensive chain of southwestern restaurants across a majority of the 50 states. It is similar in form to the Chipotle chain which puts your fajitas, burritos, or quesadillas together in assembly line fashion. One guy puts on your choice of meat and his colleague puts on the other toppings. It is all reasonable priced and selecting steak as your meat is no more expensive than chicken or anything else. The atmosphere, music, and decor is more funky in the tradition of a local chain called Nacho Mama's.
Favorite Dish: Gary and I both had the Alfredo Garcia which is a fajita coming with a choice of grilled chicken, steak or tofu with lettuce, salsa, and shredded cheese. Of course we had it with chicken. I squeezed a spot of lime juice onto mine. Tofu might work in California, but it's a 4-letter word in Mechanicsville.
Price Comparison: less expensive than average
Price: less than US$10
