"Warm Beer" London Local Custom Tip by fishandchips
London Local Customs: 718 reviews and 884 photos
Being from NZ I am used to my beer being quite cold. In Aussie it is served very cold but in England beer is normally served at cellar temperature.
This can take some getting used to but that is just one of those cultural things that one does to 'live the culture one is visiting'. The best thing though is the variety of beers and there is no limit to how much one samples.
Many places have their own brew along with the usual suspects from the major breweries. I am always keen to drop into a pub and have a try of the house beer as most are really good.
