Before I went to Jeju-do, I read another VT member, im_jyoung's tip that Jeju soju was the best she had ever had in her life. When I got there I found there are two brands. So, I tried them both. Of the two, I preferred Hallasan: the one in the green bottle. A bottle costs less than 1,000 won in a supermarket, like E Mart, but sells for 3,000 won in restaurants.
