Go to Cho Dem market. It is a place where there is street/stalls selling lots of stuffs. You can practise your bargaining skills here. Good place to find some souveniers to take home to. Street is crowded not only with locals but with foreigners. After a long shopping spree, rest your feet at one of seafood stalls to enjoy the "steamboat" (or known as the "hotpot") or a variety of seafood.
Dress Code: It's a hot place - you know what you should wear or not wear.
