"Haworth - Home of the Bronte Sisters" England Things to Do Tip by smoox

England Things to Do: 569 reviews and 903 photos

Haworth is a romantic little village on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, not far from the Bradford/Leeds area. Well - it may be romantic without people...

The Bronte sisters lived there, writing their famous novels. Once you see the place, you will know why they became so dreamy, longing and romantic. ("Heathcliff!")

What is there to see? The old church, the Brontes´ home... and lovely little shops and tea-houses.
