Palmyra: "In search of kebabs, part II" Edinburgh Restaurant Tip by Dabs

After ditching my doner kebab from Kebab Mahal, I headed back out to Nicholson Street and spotted Palmyra which had been recommended to me as an alternative to Kebab Mahal. So I decided to give kebabs another try and this time ordered a chicken shawrama instead of a doner kebab, it's the same sort of dish, using chicken instead of lamb.

The interior of Palmyra was much cleaner and cheerier than Kebab Mahal, so this time I ate in.

Favorite Dish: The chicken shawrama was much better than the doner kebab from Kebab Mahal, the portion size was huge even though I had ordered the small portion. Chicken shawrama is chicken in a pita with a yogurt sauce and toppings, kind of like a chicken gyro. The cost was L3.50 for the small portion.
