There are two sites I recommend: Camp John Hay and the Maryknoll Ecological Center.

CJH has about 1 or 2 km of trail where they have a gazebo in the 1st quarter. There is a spectacular view of the city from the highest point which you can enjoy amidst the trees and grasses.

The Maryknoll Ecological Center trail is more for cultural and heritage discovery. Not so much for the ecological point though. But it can be quite interesting especially when you go to the cave without knowing that it is in fact a burial cave. We had fun trying to scare ourselves there. To reach it you have to cross a hanging, shaking bridge. Try it just for fun.

Address: Camp John Hay & Maryknoll Ecological Center
