Now you can tell your mother you're going to chuch and not be lying, though I doubt any heavenly being endorses this place. The Church is open from 12pm-4pm on most Sundays. They play some decent music, and sell decent beer three cans at a time for 3pounds. If you're in the mood for some raunchy European entertainment, be prepared. Drinking games are conducted onstage where members of opposing countries face off against each other (Americans not allowed) and an oddly uncoordinated stripper of sorts named Crystal (like the champagne, not the glassware) gets dangerously close to live voyeristic porn. While catering a good time, this place is not for the prude or the shy.

Address: 9-17 Highgate Road
Directions: Located in a venue called The Forum. The Church is a 3minute walk from Kentish Town tube station (on The Northern Line, Zone 2, High Barnet/Mill End branch).
