Nyhavn: "Looks like a good area" Nyhavn Tip by Marpessa

Nyhavn is a very colourful spot in Copenhagen. Literally! Along here there are many restaurants, and the outside of each building is painted in a different and vibrant colour. All the restaurants had outdoor seating for their guests. This definitely seemed to be a hot spot to dine while in the city. Or maybe just a place to sit back and enjoy a couple of cold drinks (soft drink, beer or wine, whatever is your fancy).

And although I didn't eat here myself, I had a good look as I passed by and I can imagine that the prices would not have been on the cheaper side. However, if I had been here with friends, I definitely would have chosen it as a spot to dine or go for a drink. The atmosphere of the area seemed very relaxed, plus you've got a canal with boats in it right in front of you, it all makes for a picturesque setting.

So although I didn't eat here, it is definitely something I want to do when I return to Copenhagen one day.
