"the pyramids" Giza & El-Dokki Neighborhood Tip by catherineneill

Giza & El-Dokki Neighborhood, Cairo: 102 reviews and 211 photos

aside from the three obvious triangles sticking up in the air, there was a lot more to do at the pyramids. obviously you should go inside one, not recommended for the claustrophobic. you get to the top and then the guide will lock you in the room and scream baksheesh at you until you give him a tip.

we had a camel ride and went to the little museum. its very cold up there, but has great views. dont buy anything off the people selling stuff it is a rip off. and look out for the policemen on camels. suprisingly quick.
