Franklin on Ice is an annual event, usually held in February. Ice sculptors gather in Fountain Park and create beautiful sculptures out of giant ice blocks! You can watch them as they sculpt, or just go after they are all done to view the finished products! There is also Chili tasting to warm you up as you walk!

Directions: Fountain Park, beside the courthouse
