Samba Sushi: "Sushi from Brazil ?" Samba Sushi Tip by Bilimari

Samba Sushi, Chicago: 1 reviews and 0 photos

This is not a traditional Sushi restaurant nor really anything Japanese at all. (You've got to see their website. You'll get the idea when you see it.)

The place is known for Brazilian fusion sushi with ingredients and the presentation that you don't see at anywhere else.
Here, instead of Sake, drink Mojito. (I had three!)

Sunday ・Tuesday 11:45am - 11pm
Wednesday 11:45am ・Midnight
Thursday - Friday 11:45am ・1am
Saturday 11:45am ・2am

They also have a restaurant in New York and Miami.

Favorite Dish: Appetizer Tower!!! (crab cakes, calamari, etc.)

Samba Rolls like:
Neo Tokyo : yellowfin tuna, tempura flake & aji panca
Rainbow Dragon : fresh water eel, red bell pepper, cucumber, mango & avocado
Green Envy : wasabi pea crust, tuna, salmon, asparagus & aji amarillo-key lime mayo
Brazilian Vegetable : brown rice, grilled pineapple, palmito, collard green & red ginger
El Topo : salmon, jalapeo, shiso leaf, fresh melted mozzarella & crispy onion
