Getting to Bursa from Istanbul is the fastest with the Marmara ferry

The ferry to Yalova sets off from Yenikapı (near
Sultanahmet). A full-price ticket was 10 YTL in December 2005. When you
arrive to Yalova, you'll notice a lot of buses going to Bursa right at
the exit of the ferry terminal; to Bursa bus terminal it costs 6 YTL. <br />
The problem is that Bursa autobus terminal is 10 km away from the city
centre, so you'll need a taxi or a local bus to get inside. A taxi
costs 15-20 YTL. Local buses go to almost every corner of the city, but
on various schedule, and if you're a newcomer, you won't know which one
