"O?Connell" Daniel O'Connell Statue and Memorial Tip by lina112


Daniel O?Connell is famous as the Liberator who won Catholic Emancipation in 1829 and he was also the Lord Mayor of Dublin in 1841. The first Catholic to be the Mayor of Dublin.

He was born in Carhan, County of Kerry, the 6th of August 1775 and in the city of Genoa in 1847.
