Upon our arrival in Bali, hubby and I were so hungry that we were ready to devour a horse. Fortunately, our keen noses detected a lobster restaurant within a stone's throw from our hotel in Tuban. What luck, it looked like we didn't have to go find a horse! We ordered the lobster set meal for two and devoured the lobster, grilled tilapia ( fish) and juicy prawns quickly. It was good and more importantly, it was fresh. On hindsight, perhaps there was nothing too distinct about this dish. All I can say was that the main draw was the lobster and that it was relatively cheap at USD12-13. But at least it was better than the otak otak(fish paste baked in banana leaf) which turned out to be strangely albino and tasted like rubber. Guess we were used to the orangey, spicier version in Singapore.
