At, not On. A workmate of me has done it, though and walked up.

At the feet of the Kilimanjaro you have a quite green surrounding all year round because of the melting water from the snow on the mountain. The sight of the majestetic mountain is something you should not miss, when in Kenya. Unfortunately it can hide for days in the clouds until you see it.

The most famous park here would be the Amboseli, but that is not where we were.
The ASC has a smaller park of its own, the Kimana Game Reserve.
After all the animals we have seen at the Lake Nakuru, the Tsavo, and the Masai Mara we were a little bit disappointed that it did not seem to have that many around here.
It is a good park for a first time trip, though, because they have quite a lot of giraffae and whole herds of elefants also you have all kinds of landscapes here.

The roads through the park are not very good and the cars will always stay on them, so maybe that is why we never saw any lions or such here (the only predators we saw were hyenas). Also the area is not soo big, so after 2 days you have seen it all - or so it seems.
