A novel way to make some extra money, is CREATING ART IN THE SAND. Some industrious and creative folks design and build their masterpieces in the hopes that some tourists will like it enough to throw some money in the bucket. Notice the overturned bucket in the foreground of the photo. These "masterpieces" can be found at different locations along the beach. I have no problem throwing in a bit of change for a sculpture that is well done and creative. At least they are doing something for their money and not just on the street looking for a hand-out.
