A cute little place to have english high noon tea. I've heard its also located in the oldest building left standing in Victoria, but I could be mistaken. They have a stage for performances and the waitresses are dressed up as British "mums." So CUTE!

Favorite Dish: We ordered the high noon tea for two, and everything was very good. The devonshire cream was the best, we had to fight over who got the last bits. Overall, it was a very fair price for the amount of food you got. The tea was also very good, and the service great! You can't miss this when you go to Victoria.
