Prague Local Customs: 323 reviews and 324 photos

If planing the trip to Prague it is useful to know when Czech are celebrating as many places can be closed these days. I wont write about Christmas, New Year and Easter, since we all know when they are. So, here is the list:
1 May Labour Day
8 May Day of Liberation from Fascism
5 July St. Cyril and St. Methodius
6 July Jan Hus Day (1415)
28 Sep. The day of Czech statehood
28 Oct. Independence Day (Czechoslovakia)
17 Nov. The day of the fight for freedom and democracy
