Various: "A walk through China Town and pick a restaurant" Information & Sources Tip by vichatherly

Information & Sources, London: 116 reviews and 90 photos

After a hard day's sight-seeing you might find yourself around Leicester Square or Covent Garden and be getting hungry. The best thing would be to avoid all the horrible restaurant chains which frequent the place and take a short walk up to China Town. This place is just a few streets away from Leicester Square.

I'm not sure I can give you a recommendation about which of the many restaurants to go into, other than to remind you of the old adage that if the place is full of locals then it can't be all that bad.

Favorite Dish: I normally go for the crispy duck pancakes, followed by spare ribs and sweet and sour chicken or shredded beef in black sauce. Don't forget the Chinese beer!
