Mama Palma's: "Mama Palma's" Philadelphia Restaurant Tip by alloquisha

The food is simply awesome: great wood-fired pizzas in a dazzling array of creative options. The atmosphere is neighborhood and cozy, but not too cute: exposed brick, lots of windows, and small. Staff and managers are beyond nice; if you are waiting awhile for a table, it is not unusual to get hooked up with a free beer in the meantime. While they do serve beer, it's a BYOB in terms of wine. Best of all, it's very affordable and good quality for the money.
Favorite Dish: I love the Santa Fe Pizza: chicken, guacamole, a little bit of sour cream, and more... there is also a great pizza with goat cheese and veal.
