I normally stay at hotels at the cheaper end of the market and only stayed at this hotel because I had to use up some Tesco Clubcard points. The frontline staff all spoke english and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are a reasonable size, with different styles and well furnished. I had a room at the front with views of the Museum of Culture and Science. Though the windows are double glazed there is an extra layer of glass on the outside and moveable shutters. The rooms are well insulated and the hallways well carpeted, this means you never hear any noise from the other rooms or guests. The beds are 3 pillows wide and very comfortable, making for a good nights sleep. The bathrooms come equipped with a bath/shower and lots of extras. There is a large hot & cold buffet breakfast, with a lot of choice and very well presented. Checking the internet I have seen rooms available for 41 for a couple which makes this reasonally affordable. The only minor grumbles I have are there is no fresh or uht milk to make drinks only powdered milk, the mini bar fridges only have a small area to place your items and too small for milk cartons and the hotel is 10 minutes walk for the nearest public transport.

Unique Qualities: The views of a night time of the lit Museum of Culture & Science. Swimming pool, suana & jacuzzi. Confortable beds, quiet rooms and pigging out on breakfast.
