Biotza: "trendy good tapas!" Madrid Restaurant Tip by Belsaita

Madrid Restaurants: 684 reviews and 724 photos

Tapas bar in the street level, restaurant in the basement. Good Basque food in a trendy atmosphere. By the way, ?Biotza? means ?heart? in Basque language?

Favorite Dish: I've always chosen a selection of tapas... Cannot say one favourite, all were delicious... yummmmm! The good point of tapas is you see them before ordering, so if there is an ingredient you don't like, just ask a different one.

Don't forget to order some "txacoli" (Basque white wine), or another local wine to accompany your meal.
