Day 1 : Schottenring and Alsergrund

You can see the fine white towers of this magnificent church from far.

This Votiv church is really impressive. It is built in a Neo-Gothic style, designed by Heinrich Ferstel and completed in 1879.

This church is built as to remember the fact that Emperor Franz Joseph had escaped from an attempted murder by a Hungarian.
