Blenheim Palace is located in Woodstock just 8 miles outside of Oxford. It is a beautiful palace that is in wonderful condition. The palace sits on a 2,100-acre park, enclosed by a stone wall nine miles long and contains 187 rooms. The current occupant, the 11th Duke of Marlborough grew up at Blenheim in the 1930s but still has not visited all of its rooms.
It is a beautiful palace, and they no longer allow pictures to be taken inside. Their prices are a bit steep as well.
