  Loch Katrine, Trossachs National Park
by stevezero

One of the larger lochs in the Trossachs, Loch Katrine supplies a lot of the water for Glasgow. As such it is quite well developed for visitors and there is a good quality easy trail down one side of the loch which runs for miles.
Cycle hire is available at the car park

I believe it gets vey busy at weekends

About 10kms form Aberfoyle on A821
