by King_Golo

Friedenskirche is a neo-gothic brick church that was not destroyed in WW II which makes it stick out of the mass of churches as large parts of Chemnitz were completely bombed down. However, a bomb hit its roof but didn't explode.
It was built in 1893/94 by an architect called Bieber.
