Nonsan City must be off the beaten track as I just cannot find it anywhere.
Yet, it is a reasonably large city 3 hours from Seoul where many people live. There is an University here, a large shopping centre, a huge reservoir with two large hotels on its shore, many schools, and I am teaching English at the Lap Laboratory, also known as Harvard Institute which is in Chwiarm dong in Nonsan City.
There are some beautiful temples and many beautiful churches.

I have been searching the web for hotels, at I thought, Daejeon...another place that keeps coming up in the search engines as non existent. Yet I know it is there and I will be attending a wedding there on Sunday.

My next writing will tell you heaps more.
I would be very interested in hearing from someone who has even heard of Nonsan.
My travel website will tell you more if you wish it.

I don't think many tourists come this way. Yet there is a train right from Seoul and also a limousine bus which costs 15,000 won. I came late in the evening, and had to take a taxi here which cost $300.00 or 300,000 won and took the driver 3 hours to drive to Danjeon from where I was collected and we drove another 40 minutes to Nonsan City.
