San Giovanni in Monte, Bologna: 4 reviews and 11 photos

The original round building dates back to the 5th century, but the church was renovated in the 13th century and rebuilt with a Gothic structure in the mid-15th century. On the portal of the elegant façade there is an eagle, symbol of the evangelist John, made by Nicolò dell'Arca in 1481.
