The Carnegie Museum of Art is one of Pittsburgh's two major art museums (the Andy Warhol museum is the other). The Carnegie museum features a wide range of paintings and sculptures, ranging from medieval to modern, including paintings by VanGogh and Degas. The museum is located in the same complex as the Carnegie Mueeum of Natural History, and a single ticket ($10 for adults, $6 for children) gives you admission to both museums.

Directions: The Carnegie Museum is located in the the Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh, which is 3-4 miles east of downtown Pittsburgh. The museum is between the campuses of Carnegie-Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh.
