"Kvalrossbukta Lodge" Jan Mayen Hotel Tip by tini58de

In Kvalrossbukta we saw a little house which was not locked, so we had a look:

it was equipped with a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen (the toilet was outside and quite a sight to see as well...).

There was a guestbook with quite a few entries - among others from people who had stayed in this lodge for a few nights!

Please ask at the station about this possibilty!
