  Early morning Linwood

All this used to be unpainted wooden woolsheds then, someone bought the land and put up one lot of townhouses as a "specy", that's Aussie for speculation housing.
The word "success" almost doesn't cover what happened after that. So he went on to the second stage and now the third and final stage is nearly finished. He's made a killing and good luck to him. The derelict look about the place has been transformed and the estate won a major housing award (prices have gone up in accordance).
Halfway along there's a cafe for the strollers who now flock here, especially on weekends.
This is part of the walk described in my previous entry.
Throsby Basin will never be the same again and, don't we love it!

Address: Industrial Highway, Wickham
