The Seacombe Aquarium offers an insight into the marine life in the river Mersey.

See the Octopus’ Garden, the wave machine and and meet the 'menace of the deep' in the Shark Nursery.
The aquarium is home to blushing octopus, lobsters, crabs, dogfish and a huge conger eel.

Seacombe Aquarium is in Seacombe Ferry Terminal.
Open 7 days a week from 10am until 6pm.
£1.95 for adults, £1.25 children
Family ticket (2 adults, 3 children) £5.50

Combine this with a ferry across the Mersey or take the new Wirral open top bus tour

Directions: Easiest way to visit is by taking the ferry from Woodside, Birkenead or Liverpool.
Driving - take Junction 1 of M53 then A5139 & A554.
