Warung Made: "My fave Balinese food" Bali Restaurant Tip by Restless-in-kl

Bali Restaurants: 573 reviews and 825 photos

When in Bali, don't miss lunch or dinner at Warung Made located in Kuta and Seminyak.

The ambience is homey, Balinese style with wooden chairs and tables. It's filled with locals and tourists alike.

Recommended to me by an Indonesian friend from Jakarta who ordered so much, we were full and happy when we finish.

Go early as they do not accept reservations. You may have to share a table when restaurant is full but you can make new friends and discover new food in the process.

Favorite Dish: Nasi campur and soursop juice. Absolutely fantastic for true local flavours. Nasi campur means mixed rice when translated to English. It comes with a mixture of vegetables, meat and gravy, and served on a banana leaf.

Awesome! Make sure you come with a huge appetite. Serving is generous.
