A couple of things to note. Tipping is NOT expected at pubs, nor at most restraunts. Also, the price posted is what you pay (no added taxes) and making change is easy. The language can create some funny times. What we in the USA call fanny packs or (not related) Dutch ovens means something entirely different in the UK :-)

So far, I've not shown you an actual picture from the Isle of Wight itself. What follows is what I call a 'typical' scene - thatched roofs, and multiple flowers - but there is much more, including beaches, downs, old military fortifications, and great views of white-chalked cliffs reaching into the English Channel.
