This was a small, charming restaurant in the "Four Seasons" apartment complex.

Favorite Dish: This was my introduction to the deceptively thin crusted specialty. The classic version has creme fraiche or a young soft cheese thinly spread with onions and bits of lardons spread gently on top. It often arirrived on a wooden plank.
