The Chartroom Restaurant is located on the second floor of the Grand Aleutian Hotel with large windows looking out at Magaret's Bay and the mountains beyond. The addition of a fine dining establishment to our town has made a huge difference in the feel of Unalaska - almost as much as the paving of the roads:) !
Open 6PM until 11PM, the Chartroom is an elegant dining experience. A deep wine selection, chef's specials each night, and a broad menu with everything from King Crab to Pasta to New Zealand Vinison to Seared Ahi Tuna.
Wednesday night is Seafood Buffet Night and fisherman and Coast Guard Cutters plan their schedules around it! The buffet includes piles of crab legs, salmon, shrimp, and a great dessert table.
Sunday they serve a great Brunch.

Favorite Dish: Seared Ahi to open & a NY Strip Steak with whatever red wine the wait staff suggest. Bush Alaska? Ha!
