Fiddlehead Joe's Eatery: "The sunniest patio on the sea wall!" Top 5 Page for this destination Fiddlehead Joe's Eatery(Closed) Tip by Carmanah

Fiddlehead Joe's is one of downtown Vancouver's few restaurants with a waterfront patio. It literally is located on the Sea Wall, at the southern end of Howe Street, overlooking Granville Island across False Creek.

Fiddlehead Joe's has a trendy casual atsmophere - it's a place where you can sip martinis, and eat aesthetically pleasing and tasty food, but it's almost an even better place to go people-watching. Since the restaurant hugs the seawall, you always have joggers, rollerblading, skateboarders, walkers and cyclists going by.

Favorite Dish: For $9 you can have their Won Ton Smoked Salmon Salad - a unique salad which consists of a deep-fried-until-crisp, square, flat, wonton wraps (without any filling), mixed greens (ie: dandelion, arugula, spinach, etc), and thin slices of smoked salmon lox, stacked into a tower, covered in a lemon-honey vinaigrette dressing.

It tasted really good and was perfect for a light lunch.

For $5, I had a caesar to drink (clamato, vodka, tobasco, celery salt, picked green beans, and 2 olives). It was their special of the day, and they were very tasty!
