  Cookie folding machine
by Rusket

Like many others I always thought fortune cookies was a chinese tradition. Not until I started searching the web to find the adress of Lotus Fortune Cookie Factory did I learn to know that fortune cookies were invented in California, maybe not even by a chinese but possibly by a japanese! Read the amusing story on the linked site.

The depicted equipment, including a cookie folding machine, was invented by the owner of Lotus Fortune Cookie Company, Edward Louie in 1964, and it is still operating.
