  A lasting quote

designed by Daniel Libeskind, the architect who won the competition to design the 'new' twin towers in NYC, designed this museum. Its silver jagged form is a representation of the smashed start of David and it is laden with symbolism and philosophical themes. THe guides at the museum will fill you in on these as you enter the museum. It contains extensive material on Jewish history, not just world war II. You will need to allow 2-3 hours to do it fully.
it cost 5 euros each and 2.50 for students.
