Very nice ambience. Very quiet. Not as packed as other restaurants. A great restaurant to just laze around, on the couch or even at the open-air veranda.

Favorite Dish: Afternoon tea with scones, banana cakes and finger sandwiches are delicious. Just order the Devonshire Cream Tea and you get the whole set. It is only $9. (Note : The price has increased to $9.50 now. Well, the scones are still good. Yummy.) I love the scones with a huge spread of cream, butter and strawberry jam. I always need to ask for more of them, especially the cream. Is sinful to stuff them down but they are really heavenly. Ahhh.... I feel like I am in Cornwall whenever I have Devonshire Cream Tea at Fosters.

If you want to savour on a hearty meal, there is good menu of main course too. The ingredients used are tip-top. For instance, cod fish for fish and chips.

If coffee and tea is just what you want, they serve hot coffee and tea too. Alcohol as well. A cuppa cappucino is $4.50.
