Doner Kebap is like the national dish of Turkey (in Israel it is called Shawarma).

This is a huge meat that is being roasted on a grill and the meaning of the word Doner is turning.

There is also a chicken Kebap (Tavuk) which is very good too - i liked the chicken more.

It should cost between 1YTL to 4 YTL (in restaurant for tourists they will take more of course).

Favorite Dish: Chicken Kebap in a pide (Pita bread) with french fries.
