Las Tapas: "Traditional Spanish Food" Washington Restaurant Tip by Ingeborga

Washington Restaurants: 12 reviews and 12 photos

The restaurant is perfect for those who enjoy Spanish culture, especially flamenco dancing. The band plays there almost every day and you can get a table close to the bad. The dance floor, however, is rather small, so you will only see 5-6 couples maximum dancing.

Favorite Dish: tapas rule and the menu features more than 70 varieties. Ideal for meat-lovers and vegetarians alike, these tasty little plates are made for a lazy lunch, a bottle of wine and plenty of the restaurant's truly excellent homemade bread. It is also perfect for those who eat kosher food, as it you can skip the ham and go straight for the cheese:)

My favorite hot dishes are seafood paella and grilled calamari in tomato and garlic. The portions are perfect for one person, so make sure you order several dishes to share.
