When I was at the State Capitol grounds in late afternoon I figure I had already walked about six miles that day, and it was two miles back to where I wanted to have dinner at the Capitol Market. That's when I learned of the #34 Trolly which makes a round of the Capitol and downtown area every hour. I caught the trolly and enjoyed the ride. The driver was very friendly and helpful
Be sure you have the correct change of fifty cents for the ride. I didn't have change, the driver doesn't give any, so I ended up paying a dollar. Senior citizens and handicapped individuals with proper ID ride for 1/2 fare. No transfers to regular city buses are issued.
