Why London won the Olympic race is another up to the date result of the surprise Olympic 2012 decision by the IOC in Singapore.
BBC.com gave me miniute to minute updates this morning here in Ottawa;
so despite the high costs of stopping over in the UK, London must be on my futue stopover plans to see the changes and do some shopping @Marks and Sparks , or Harrods, actually i prefer Liberty
